Damn we do hella defensive operations in what appears to be an offensive fashion that’s really interesting. What talent.

Okay, here's my question: knowing Sec. of Desecration Kegbreath is among the bottom feeders of the administration, does that mean that the entirety of the Pentagon is composed of criminals, Yes men and lemmings? Is there no one who can or might say NO?!?

No many have integrity - that’s why they talk to me

Thank God...because you get the word out...I know what it is like to live in that culture of testosterone...at least the ones who are talking with you do want the truth to be out.

What I really want to know is whether these "senior military officials" have given any thought at all to how Iran is likely to respond to a takeover of their main oil export terminal.

Closing Hormuz completely, to start with; lots of missiles aimed at Israel; missiles bombing other ME countries; and a takeover of Bab el-Mandeb Strait, as they've already threatened?

Is anyone left at the Dept of War Crimes who both games things out and has Hegseth's ear?

It sure doesn't seem like anyone even considered that the Strait of Hormuz would likely be closed at the onset of the attacks on Iran. An average non-comatose 8th grader could have seen that coming, but apparently no one in the chain of command.

Oh, the Pentagon used to be loaded with Iran experts and Farsi speakers who knew all of the ins and outs of a war with Iran. That's why we never had one. We have a war now because Kegstand fired all of the people who wouldn't get with his program. That included the ones with a rudimentary knowledge of geography.

The current Pentagon "management" underestimates Iran at its peril. Since at least the 1980's, Iran has probably been planning for U.S. and/or Israeli attacks. I'm sure Kharg Island has been hardened to the n'th degree. Taking it will not be a cakewalk. We may very well take it, but the costs will be very high. Who gains from all of this? I think Israel gains a great deal more than we do. No wonder the Pentagon wanted to keep our joint venture a secret. There is already a significant portion of the American public that thinks this is a "Zionist" war and that we are Israel's enablers.

So happy I am retired from the army...I hate we are in bed with Netanyahu...trump goes on national TV and spills the beans on war secrets, but this he keeps quiet on...time for him to know how much America hates this war and his buddy buddy netanyahooooo

Literally everything that Trump and Hegseth say are lies. They don't even accidentally tell the truth ever about anything. I have heard this song and dance before during the Vietnam war. Similar lies and incompetence and once things started coming out (Pentagon papers) everything changed.

In a way, they have been lucky so far. But, every day is bingo ball day. I hate this is happening again.

Never a doubt in my mind that this report is 100 percent accurate. At this point, I don’t know why Israel doesn’t adopt the United States. Go, Iran, go.
