We really need to put something in place. If they don't want to publicly undergo testing, that's fine. The other option is forced retirement age, and I honestly think we should be doing that all over, anyway. Younger people are not being allowed to move up fast enough. I'm not saying this for myself as I am the dreaded housewife/mom of an autistic and disabled adult. Ha. However, Gen-X should have been in management positions long before now. Somethings gotta give.
