I would be personally insulted if I weren't on this list. With great pride I have probably been on such lists for over 50 years. I remember Nixon's Enemies List and how many people were proud to be on it, and how many people were ashamed to not be on it. So Cash if you have details you a lacking about me, please contact me. I will glad to straighten you out.

You are absolutely right that the list is designed to include everyone who is not MAGA. Do they provide any definitions as to what anti-christian and anti-capitalist etc. actually means? Any mention of right-wing militias? Was it Stalin who said give me the man and I'll give you the crime? This is truly a recipe for the end of American democracy and I'm sure it's intentional.

I suspect that having less than a million $s in property & savings would constitute being "anti capitalist" here in the land of free trade enabled unlimited economic opportunity.

Anyone who HAS NOT become at least a multi millionaire in the USA is clearly some kind of anti capitalist, quite likely a commie, pinko fellow traveler & most likely trends towards LGBTQXXX antisemitic Satanism as well.

I’ve been spreading the word as best I can, Ken. I wrote a piece on NSPM-7 on my Substack, and I try to tell as many people as possible about it.

“Domestic terrorists exploit a variety of […] encrypted chat applications…”, I guess Pete Hegseth and crew are now to be regarded as domestic terrorists given their recent foibles using Signal last year and getting busted for using it unencrypted 🤦🏽

Lmao how does that seem so long ago

It says a lot about your system of beliefs if you have to criminalize their criticism

It was your reporting that broke the story on NSPM7. It’s reporting like this that motivated me to be a paid subscriber. American democracy is in a death spiral. I believe historians will identify NSPM7 as the nail in the coffin of our hard fought civil rights. 🧌

That's a hell of a lot of Americans that would qualify for the 'pre-crime center'. I guess I'm probably already in the database since I got visited by the FBI last summer.

Are we moving into the Minority Report stage now?

In 2016 I was visited over the demonstrations we were planning in Cleveland at the RNC convention. I was visited by the CPD. When I told a colleague of the visit he took offense to it and wondered why he wasn't good enough for them to talk to, and why he was further insulted by not being visited by the FBI. It ended up in a hilarious exchange at us screaming over the phone "I am Spartacus! No! I am Spartacus!" You gotta have some fun with this stuff or you will go mad.

I had the secret service show up at my door 10 years ago over something a long gone roommate said on YouTube. It scared the shit out of my wife. I don’t recommend it.

What is missing in this list is what laws are being broken? It is a list of made up crap that evidently Trump does not like. The "domestic terrorist" label is applied to anyone they don’t like. This is dangerous, where are the Democrats, they should be fighting this loudly and aggressively. Better to investigate laws being broken like ICE thrives on. The FBI needs to investigate the Charlie Kirk murder, the current story does not hold up under scrutiny. Kashmir Patel is in way over his head and should be impeached. Democrats fight like you believe in democracy versus who gives you the biggest bribes.

Kash Patel would 100% float in an isolation tank to fight crime.

The FBI has embraced its role as the THOUGHT POLICE

This would be so exciting to J. Edgar Hoover that it might just bring him back to life!

Reminds me of that terrorist=profiling list in one of Woody Allen's early movies (was it What's Up, Tiger Lily?);

"They call information for numbers they could easily look up themselves"

(You have to be really old to know what calling information means.)

Anyway, I'll sleep better tonight knowng I couldn't possibly be on that list. It basically describes the Republican Party.

I view being on this list as patriotic. Fuck em

Time to secure your devices and identity. You don’t want to make it easy for them to find you.

Oh so they can’t hunt the Epstein ghouls but they need extra funds to hunt Americans? Got it.
