"The party elders threw everything at El-Sayed but their dentures." Best line this week.

As a Michigander who had the privilege of voting for Dr. Abdul El Sayed, all can say is that the old guard better get outta the way!

Lol! The New York Times didn't even wait twelve hours to publish a but, but, but! hot take op-ed. DINOs are worried and Fetterman should be next.

There are at least two people running against Fetterman in 2028! I read this on Substack notes.

This is so exciting!

The current Dem leadership could not lead us out of a paper bag, including Jeffries‼️All they can see is AIPAC, not what the people are saying‼️ Dems, get your act together or there will be nothing left to “take back”‼️🤬

Jeffries is so milquetoast. I want to see Dems, at a minimum, force him to grovel to become speaker, just like a certain MAGA faction did to Kevin McCarthy. There has to be someone better. Giving him the courtesy to become speaker without a fight is a huge mistake for the next congress.

God watching Jeffries go through what McCarthy did would be so amazing

Jessica Drew's avatar

Wouldn't it though? The Squad missed their chance with Pelosi, but I'm all for progressive Dems making Jeffries squirm and make concessions for Speaker. No more of this playing nice with the establishment & corporate Dems.

God, now I'm going to spend the afternoon wishcasting different committee leadership roles. Imagine Ilhan Omar at the head of an ICE oversight committee

“Ordinary” i.e. normal Americans are fed up with funding others’ wars, corporate greed and corruption, and surveillance tech run wild. They want a decent life for themselves and their children. Neither party is delivering it.

These paleoliths try everything except offering a coherent platform.

This is the same lib cope as ‘Trump didn’t even win the popular vote.” It’s the only button they know how to press.

“Now comes the hard part” is my favorite goal post move by establishment media.

“This thing he just did? Where the entire party apparatus was against him? That we said wouldn’t happen and worked to stop? It was Easy, actually. Here’s why that reflects poorly on them, not us:”

They do it literally every time!

Yay! An inspirational day(hopefully--it's just noon)!

Thank you!

I love that AIPAC lost. They lost big in our midterms.
