With all due respect, Iran has popped off first, on this matter-making a not-so-veiled threat to Israel-which the Islamic regime has said, repeatedly, it wants to "push into the sea". Maybe people feel sorry for the Islamic Republic. I don't-especially as my fellows in faith, the Baha'is of Iran-as well as Christians, Jews, Zoroastrians, Druzes, Sufis- and Sunni Muslims-have been systemically persecuted by said regime, since its ascendancy in 1979.

No way is Turkey going to allow any more warships, from any country, to pass through the Bosphorus Strait and into the Black Sea, let alone a US carrier group
If you have a carrier strike group rolling through the Bosphorus, what can/is Turkey going to do about it? It's not like they have the chain used to barricade the Golden Horn in place. I'm unsure if he has the legal/physical/diplomatic/military means to block the Bosphorus even if he wants to.
Or are you thinking that as Ergogan is licking Mother Russia boot as of late, he would try and block the Bosphorus as a sign of loyalty to Vladimir Vladimirich?
