Plaintiff had a PPP loan forgiven and it was worth over twice the maximum amount of debt cancellation that was available to student borrowers.
Nice newsletter, Ken. I'm glad Beth told me to subscribe!
Thanks! Beth rules

i'm gonna screenshot it and demand a raise
in all seriousness, i do the work pro bono. ken's just a fun person to joke around with. :)
Hell yes to the "Feels like this should be a bigger story" section. Eager to see how they fight these lawsuits.
Thanks Fran!
This is a really great read! Especially excited to see what comes up in the “Feel Like This Should Be a Bigger Story” section.
Thanks Dev!
Insane levels of corruption
Disappointed but not surprised !
Can we get someone to sue using the same argument for PPP loans? Where's my $48k?
Haha
If there's a bigger group of fucking idiots in this country than small business owners, I haven't met them.
Those morons couldn't sell ice water in a desert. Pay more money for the same product and no service for their fucking "I'm a job creator" attitude.
At least when we're bailing out major corporations they'll be a going concern next week.
Lol
Great newsletter! Happy to be subscribed.
Thanks Drewski!
Great post, Ken! Glad that we have this newsletter to follow once Twitter crumbles in about a week. Congrats!
One week seems generous!
I am a fan of this Ken! So happy to see you posting on substack. Subscribed.
Hey thanks man! I plan to post at least once a week.
I was disgusted to see the NONPROFIT Job Creators Network took a $133,850 PPP Loan . Even stranger the amount forgiven was $135,253. The PPP loans came out of the SAME HEROES ACT that student loan forgiveness was slated to .
meenee
How is this mean lol
Not only allowed, it’s encouraged !
